How do you help buyers to find the right properties for them?
I listen, watch body language and ask those tough questions to ensure that I am helping my clients find the property that is right for their immediate needs as well as making sure it fits into their complete financial plan for the future. 

How do you make sure buyers get the best price for the property they are interested in?
Markets vary and so do strategies to secure properties. Before submitting an offer, we look at all conditions of the market, including recent sold homes, demand and future projections before selecting a price. We work together to make sure Buyer's are comfortable with the offered price. 

What do you do to help market the properties your clients are selling?
I use a professional photographer, a professional stager, virtual tours, property websites, and much more to make sure the home is visible to all. My marketing team follows up on tour statistics, market movement and trends and we make adjustments if necessary. 

How do you ensure your sellers get the highest price?
Market conditions are key to pricing a house any time of the year. I research solids, neighborhood and market activate and provide my Sellers with the data to arrive at a price that is competitive and appealing based on the property and market conditions

What do you recommend sellers do to make sure their selling process is smooth?
Typical Seller's have an emotional attachment to the house. I recommend that they take the emotion out of the sale. By eliminating the emotional tie, the transaction will run a lot more smoothly.
